Clifford Devlin appoint new Building Manager
Daniel Gray has been appointed Manager of Clifford Devlin’s Building Works Division. He joins the company having spent two years at ROK Building Ltd where he was Senior Surveyor/Bid Manager. He replaces Mark Pooley.
Daniel’s experience of project managing large refurbishment programmes and his multi-disciplined background made him the stand-out candidate for this position,” said Tim Clifford, Managing Director of Clifford Devlin,
His energy, drive and professionalism will ensure that our Building Division continues to deliver quality refurbishment projects on–time, to-budget and specification.
Daniel has over 20 years experience in various roles in the building and construction sector. Nearly half of this time has been spent quantity surveying although he has hands-on experience of managing large refurbishment projects for public and private sector clients.
Clifford Devlin is better known for the inner-city demolition projects it specialises in but its Building Division contributed over a third of the company’s turnover in 2007.
Originally created to carry out consequential building work carried out as part of demolition, its Building Division has now developed into a stand alone service capable of implementing large scale, complex builders work and refurbishment projects.
